Users must follow all platform rules to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
Not attempting to access restricted or admin-level data
Respecting all users, instructors, and institutional staff
Reporting any security concerns or suspicious activities
Account Usage Rules
Users must create individual accounts with valid personal details
Regular password changes are recommended for enhanced security
Account sharing with others is strictly prohibited
Users may request account deletion through the support ticket system when no longer needed
The organization reserves the right to verify user identity
Payment Rules
All payments must be made only under the name Imaan Social Welfare Association.
Request and retain proper receipts for all transactions
Digital products and course fees are non-refundable after access is granted
Physical product refunds follow the separate Shipping and Refund Policy
Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of transaction
Installment payments must adhere to agreed schedules
Delivery Rules
Delivery policies for digital and physical products are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment
Physical products can only be cancelled before shipping commences
Courier and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Restrictions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform.
Sharing, copying, reselling, or distributing course materials
Attempting to hack, access, or disrupt server or portal data
Distributing premium content to unauthorized individuals
Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Automated scraping or data collection without permission
Course Usage Rules
All course materials are for personal educational use only.
Content is licensed for individual learning, not redistribution
Unauthorized downloading or screen recording is prohibited
Materials may not be used for commercial training purposes
Violations may result in immediate account termination
Legal action may be pursued for serious infringements
Portal & LMS Rules
The portal should be used exclusively for educational purposes
Attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, or copy portal data is prohibited
Administrators reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts for misuse
Users must not attempt to bypass security measures
System resources should not be abused or overloaded
Termination or Suspension
Accounts may be disabled or deleted under the following circumstances.
Failure to clear outstanding payment dues
Violation of any platform policy or terms
Sharing or leaking premium content to unauthorized parties
Unauthorized access or misuse of portal features
Engaging in harassing or abusive behavior
Termination may be permanent based on violation severity
