A non-refundable ₹10 fee is required for each admission form submission

Registered students receive LMS portal access upon admission

Admin reserves full rights to disable, delete, or restrict accounts

Account actions may be taken for:

• Pending fee dues or payment defaults

• Misuse or abuse of portal features

• Illegal sharing of premium materials

• Unauthorized access attempts

• Violation of platform rules or policies

No prior notice required for account suspension in severe cases

Digital products include: Notes, PDFs, Videos, Course materials

Instant delivery upon successful payment completion

No cancellations or refunds after access is granted

Strictly prohibited activities:

• Copying or reproducing content

• Reselling or commercial distribution

• Redistributing to unauthorized users

• Sharing login credentials

Violations may lead to legal action and permanent account termination

Content is licensed for personal educational use only

Cancellation only possible before shipping dispatch

No cancellations after shipping process begins

Refund conditions for refused deliveries:

• Product must be returned to us undamaged

• Original packaging must be intact

• Return shipping costs borne by customer

All shipping charges are non-refundable

Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days

All transactions are recorded for audit purposes

Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Sharing login credentials with others

• Modifying or reverse-engineering portal code

• Attempting unauthorized system access

• Interfering with server/database systems

• Distributing course materials illegally

• Using automated bots or scrapers

• Harassing other users or staff

Consequences may include:

• Immediate account suspension

• Permanent removal from platform

• Legal action where applicable

• IP address blocking

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms

Changes may occur without prior individual notice

Continued platform usage indicates acceptance
