Instant Delivery
Digital products including notes, PDFs, videos, and course materials are delivered immediately after successful payment through your student portal.
Included Digital Products:
No Cancellations or Refunds
Since digital materials become instantly available for download upon purchase, cancellations and refunds are not possible for digital products.
- Immediate access prevents cancellation
- Downloads cannot be revoked
- License activation is immediate
Physical Products
Books, materials, and merchandise shipping
Cancellation Before Shipping
Customers may cancel an order only until the product has not been shipped.
How to Cancel:
- 1 Contact customer support via email or phone
- 2 Provide your order number and details
- 3 Cancellation must be requested before shipping label is created
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Order Refusal / Return
If you refuse delivery, a refund will be initiated only after the package returns to us in original condition.
Refund Conditions:
- Product must be returned undamaged
- Original packaging must be intact
- All accessories must be included
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
